Projectviate Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Projectviate (“Platform”, “Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Projectviate Technologies. If you register on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you hold full legal authority to bind that entity.

2Subscription Plans & Quota Boundaries

Projectviate operates on a tiered multi-tenant SaaS model:

• Free Plan: Provided at no cost with project limits (up to 3 active projects, 5 collaborators, 100 MB storage).
• Pro Plan: Unlimited projects, advanced Gantt & DAG dependency graph, CSV exports, sprint burndown telemetry, and 50 GB storage.

3Customer Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full legal ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over all task descriptions, sprint backlogs, uploaded attachments, and user stories created within your workspace. Projectviate claims no proprietary rights to your content.

4AI Integration & BYOK User Responsibilities

When you configure your OpenAI or Anthropic API key, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for adhering to the respective terms and usage policies of OpenAI and Anthropic.
• AI outputs are generated as non-destructive drafts (ai_drafts) that require your explicit review and manual approval before application to live boards.
• Projectviate is not liable for provider API downtime, third-party model deprecations, or provider rate limit exhaustion.
